Stardate: June 29-July 5, 2020

Wow another one of those crazy long weeks, you'd think that would just feel normal by now.

Sister Lavoie is an stl and had to go to mlc so I went on exchange with Sister Cardon. Elders from our district called with a service opportunity so that was fun and exhausting. Meredith quit smoking!! She's so awesome, she said she lost a lot of her desire after getting home from the hospital and had some throw out the rest of her cigarettes for her, she's using patches but her dependence is already dwindling. It's incredible, she's progressing so fast and all on her own, with God of course. So happy and excited for her!

I did a real weekly planning for the first time since I was transferred to this area. Man that felt good! Organized everything which is so satisfying, finally feel like I'm getting a handle on the area, it was great. And we met some adorable kittens the day before so that was cool. There's also been a ton of drama though. Like ugh the mission is starting to seem like high school, and nobody likes high school. 

Had a little party with Tom and Susan, and our adopted district of spanish elders: Jimenez, Belizan, Castro, Rogers, Caudras, and Manwaring. They're crazy and fun, it's great to have friends again. So we played some badminton and volley ball and then burned my skirt for my 9 months. Tom is kind of a pyro some there were some firecrackers and bottle rockets to spice things up. 

Then it was Legal Spolsions Day! My favorite! All the missionaries in our zone got to walk in the Rupert parade, it was fun and hot. Sadly we didn't get to see many fireworks, I miss those good ol shows.

I've been drawing in my book of Mormon recently during my studies, just a cool little way for me to visualize things and stuff, idk but I like it.

P.s. we stole Pablo the penguin from Caudras and Manwaring'a car, last week they attacked the our car to get it back, but on the 4th we got him back again! But they care a lot about their little penguin so maybe hung on out of our car maybe as I drove hoping they would stop. They didn't find him though so they stole Sister Lavoie's bag, but Jimmy and Beli got it back for us so we good
